Tried to submit a tech support ticket: Sending support ticket to virtualmin.com .. .. failed with HTTP error : Failed to connect to www.virtualmin.com:80 : Connection refused
Tried to install some software: Failed to install script : Download of http://scripts.virtualmin.com:80/wordpress-2.9.2.zip failed : Failed to connect to scripts.virtualmin.com:80 : Connection refused
WTF??
SOLVED: Turned off the firewall.

Howdy -- I'd be curious to see what happens if you try the above again.
It's saying it couldn't connect to virtualmin.com... but the fact that you were able to submit a support request means virtualmin.com is online :-) So it may have been a temporary network issue.
