Major issue with ProFTPd

I thought it was a Filezilla issue, but other FTP clients can't get to my server either.

I had to change it to Plain FTP and then the transfer mode to Active. It won't connect via passive or default mode. I had to physically change the transfer mode.

I really need to get this fixed. Some of my clients used automated FTP uploads and they get a handshake but then no response. What do you need to see in order to help? I can't find anywhere to make the change.

Howdy -- what error are you receiving when attempting to connect via passive mode?

Also, are you saying that this was working previously, and has at some point stopped?

It was working before but stopped about 6 weeks ago. The below is what I get with the standard setup of FTP over TLS:

If I change the FTP over TLS to plain FTP (which I don't like) I get the below:

I found out the issue. It's Centos 7.... I ran the following commands and the FTP over TLS plus the passive worked. It had to do with the update to centos 7 from centos 6
