After read logs (procmail) I se e error form procmail

procmail: Couldn't create or rename temp file "/home/xtreme/homes/pencho/Maildir/tmp/1204727856.8662_0.roninsp.islaserver.com"
Try to delete account, and create new... same problem...
I'm ofuscated for this..
What are the permissions and ownership of that file?
