how to create dns zone from command line?

Hi all, I need to create new master zones in my webmin dns server from command line. I also need the command line to propagate the zone to the slave. Is there a way to do this?

Hi ronald, thankyou very much for the answer, but I need to do it in webmin, not virtualmin. I configured two master-slave dns servers which I manage through webmin, and I'd like to execute remote commands in order to add new zones. I also configured several template records, to be used when creating the new zone.

Any ideas?

It would be great to be able to add a new DNS zone via either the CLI API or the REMOTE API. Is this possible?
