I signed up for the $20/month plan, but was supposed to receive 30 days for free. My card was charged, and i would like to cancel the membership immediately.

We don't actually offer a free trial, we only offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
After purchasing a license, if for any reason you want a refund, no problem, we'll give you one no questions asked.
If you see any text on our site that suggests we offer a trial, let me know! I'd love to get that corrected, as we certainly don't wish to mislead anyone.
