Please either remove /usr/libexec/webmin/blue-theme and /usr/libexec/webmin/grey-theme directories or add them to /etc/webmin also since they do not have corresponding directories there. The first option would be better since everybody switched to Authentic Theme and there is no point of supporting themes which become obsolete. Removing those two directories would only tidy up Wedmin structure.

Surprisingly, some people still like these old themes - so I don't plan to remove them yet.
They have no /etc/webmin sub-directories because they aren't modules.

They don't, but they have lang/en files and we can't translate string for them.
