Remove a MySQL database on some provisioning system.

This command deletes a database that was previously created by provision-mysql-database. The required parameters are --database followed by a DB name, and --host followed by the host it was created on. If run from the command line or remotely by root the --owner flag must also be given, followed by the name of a system owner who is allowed to provision databases.

Example usage

cloudmin unprovision-mysql-database --database boobies --host lentor.home --owner kvmprovision
  OK: host=lentor.home
