I'll give this one to Joe -- however, there's a handful of documentation pages that use automated tools to generate them (such asd the ones you're mentioning above!)
Joe's been in the processes of tweaking the tools to work with the new site here.
Yes, coming soon. I've been fighting with the support module, which has distracted me from this issue, but I'll try to finish up the docs tool before hopping on the plane to YAPC tomorrow.
Oh, also note that all of these docs are generated from the product itself. Everything you would find on those pages is already available on your system. You just have to ask for it.
virtualmin --help
virtualmin create-domain --help
etc.
