hi , i want to make a hosting server on a vm xen
i have some questions:
tanks.
opensuse or centos?
You may wish to browse the Virtualmin OS support page:
http://www.virtualmin.com/os-support
CentOS is much better supported than Suse.
virtualmin gpl or virtualmin pro ?
That depends on what you need or want ;-) But, you can see a list of differences here:
http://www.virtualmin.com/compare.html
virtualmin has option not to create local users on machine?
Hmm, I'm not really sure what you mean here? You can use LDAP, sure.
virtualmin pro has option for billing and payment
There is no billing provided with Virtualmin (either Pro or GPL). There is third party software for doing that though.
For example, WHMCS seems to do a pretty good job:

i am more familiar with suse is virtualmin working faste/better/safer with suse or centos? is about experience that somebody have it with these OS has virtualmin pro an instalation script for suse ?
Well, as I mentioned above, CentOS is much better supported than Suse :-)
In fact, the GPL version doesn't support Suse at all; the Pro version does support Suse, but only up to version 10.1, it doesn't support the most recent versions.
