Set defaults for machine creation

Hey Jamie,

I'd love to be able to specify defaults for settings in the machine creation dialog. For instance, every machine I create I have to go into the advanced options and add the following to the other config entries.

extra = "xencons=tty console=tty1 clocksource=jiffies"

Otherwise I don't get a console on the machine via (xm console or otherwise). It's cumbersome to have to remember to add it everytime and a default option would be fantastic.

That's a good idea, and easy to implement .. I will add a field for this at Cloudmin Settings -> Module Config -> Xen settings in the next release.

Also, the 3.2 version is now out, and includes the bridge assignment fields you asked for.
