installing virtualmin knocked out my existing vhosts

I installed virtualmin on debian lenny via the install script (install.sh). It told me I had an unqualified domain name which was just "mydomain" without the .com. So I typed in "mydomain.com" and I when I restarted apache2, it gives me this message:

[warn] default VirtualHost overlap on port 80, the first has precedence

I would like to remove virtualmin for now and just have my vhosts functioning because I need to get some work done on the sites that were up under it.

I tried doing: ./install.sh --uninstall but that didn't work either, even after restarting apache2 again.

Is there a config file I can remove somewhere to get my vhosts to have precedence again?

Any help would be appreciated... Thanks in advance!
