I emailed sales@virtualmin.com a few days ago and never got a response to a request for commercial support. I assume they don't bother supporting people like that on an hourly/fee basis. So, I'm curious if anyone else in the community knows of consultants or firms that offer paid virtualmin support? I am using the GPL version, and would be interested in contracting support now and perhaps in the future.
Of course, I am looking for someone with a deep understanding of virtualmin's internal architecture, not just a casual user who happens to be familiar with installing or configuring it. As an IT consultant myself, I am more than capable of tasks like that. I'm looking for someone who would be capable of troubleshooting virtualmin installation problems, or perhaps even customization of it in the future.

However, you're correct, Virtualmin doesn't provide hourly support. What I did is move your request into the "Jobs" forum, where there are folks monitoring who may be able to lend a hand with what you're after.
