Best way to setup an FTP only account

Fairly new to Virtualmin but really love it so far - great work!

We are trying to setup an account (a virtual server in Virtualmin vernacular) that is FTP only and I'm trying to figure out how to "strip out" all non-relevant tools for the domain admin but I can't seem to restrict some of the Webmin stuff (File Manager, Protected Web Directories, Running Processes, SSH Login, Scheduled Commands, Scheduled Cron Jobs).

Is this something we can do?
