We have version 0.95 in our repositories though .. and anyone running an older version should get prompted to upgrade when they login to Virtualmin.

Is there some distro on which you are seeing versions older than 0.95 ? If so, we really need to correct that ..

clamav-0.96 is out -- I updated all my clients manually tonight as I was getting error about the daily downloads not working. Upgrading fixed that issue.

I posted this for obvious reasons concerning < .95 versions.

I'm seeing the same warning, but I'm hesitant to update clamav 'manually'...

I see the latest version in the virtualmin repo is only 0.95.2-1.

Is there any official information for not having the latest version in the repo yet? Seems this has been the latest version in the virtualmin repo since June of 2009.

Mike Kimmick

Compiling clamav wont break anything.

No, we don't provide the clamav packages for Debian. Just CentOS. But, it should show up in Debian's volatile repo before too long.

Hi there

My client is still running RHEL 4.2 and his virtualmin repository claims that the currently installed clamav-0.92-2.vm.el5 is the most recent available. Any chance this can be updated?

Thanks in advance, PaulW
