Please acknowledge renewals

Hi, I have renewed 3 servers and bought an additional 10 server license. Would you please check order 3374 and update the renewal dates for me?

I saw this order when it came in, and processed the renewals within a few hours. It should all be reflected correctly in your licenses page (and on your servers) already. Or did I miss something in your order?

Hi Joe, I'm still showing expiration in four days on serial's 5557047, 5557048. 34 days to expiration on 5557099. I bought renewals for all these and have clicked on "recheck license status" but it doesn't recognize the renewal.

Notice - Your Virtualmin license will expire in 4 days. A renewal can be purchased at http://www.virtualmin.com/shop

The new purchase is 5557606 and is a 10 domain

OK, we are good on serial's 5557047, 5557048. Still 34 days on 5557099.

Is this still an issue? It looks like serial 5557099 has been extended until 2011-08-31 already.
