Mysql pasword management from Virtualmin

Hi,

I am facing some issues with Virtualmin GPL 3.79, regards MySQL password management. The MySQL verson is 5.0.77, and this installation was done via the Virtualmin automatic installer. It seems that whenever the password for the administrator of a virtual domain is changed MySQL does not pick up the corresponding change, even though the "Edit Databases" -> "Passwords" link shows that the password is MySQL database --> Same as administration password.

This has been quite frustrating. These databases were imported from elsewhere, using the "Import Database" option in Virtualmin, if that helps. To top it all, I tried to change the password for the database, to match the administrator's password; using the "Passwords" --> "Custom Password" link, in "Edit Databases", but then too, the password did not change.

This has meant that I had to change the password manually, using sql statements..

This has been going on for some time, now.

Any leads on this one ?
