DKIM not stopping faked emails

I setup DKIM on my virtualmin (for inbound and outbound) but continue to get lots of email with faked details, I know they are fake as most are from my own domain or occasionally my own email address. Shouldn't DKIM stop this? how can I test the incoming DKIM filtering?
