I have already purchased the 50 Annual Renewal package, but somehow it is not working properly.

Upgrade for 50 Annual Renewal has not automatically updated. what is the problem?

Howdy -- yeah, sometimes the shopping cart isn't able to automatically apply renewals. Jamie will be able to apply that for you, I'm passing this along to him.

This has been applied now - just click the link in Virtualmin to re-check your licence, and you will see the new expiry date.

It looks like you only purchases a 50-domain renewal .. but not an upgrade from 10 to 50 domains.

Were you try to upgrade, to renew, or both?
