Hello, I would like to see some option when creating new machine to don't let this machine automatically power on when created. Can be for example some chexbox "Startup when created" checked by default (to behave the same way like now). It's because when I create some machine for different user I just create it with empty disk and mounted installation media and let user turn it on himself when he wants to.

Unfortunately this would be a little problematic to implement, as Cloudmin performs several operations on each new virtual machine after creating it that require it to be running, such as generating a new SSH host key.
I will add an option for this in the Advanced section of the creation form in the next Cloudmin release.
