help with forwarding email

eeI am having trouble after creating email accounts and forwarding them to the main web site account and then that account forwards all mail out. The problem seems to be that the forwarding is not working at all. It looks like everything is being forwarded to the main account but the main account isn't forwarding on to my gmail account I use every day. Is there a setting I missed?
