Virtualmin now supports for (mod_php , mod_cgi , mod_fcgi ). Since php 5.3.3, fpm sapi is bundled to php. Now virtualmin can support for FPM sapi using either apache or nginx. The first stable version of nginx has been released 3 months ago too ! It's supporting for ruby too.
Briefly, everything is ready to make the move on. This is needed to create a fpm pool and a virtual server of nginx for each virtual server created.

nginx support is on our TODO list .. but it is a long-term project, as Virtualmin is still heavily dependent on Apache.
