We desperately need to update our Virtualmin license from 50 to 100. I have made the payment online using a credit card, but the license is not showing up for download.
How long before we can expect the upgrade to be available?

Howdy -- if you look at http://virtualmin.com/serial/, does it show up as being a 100 domain license there?
If it's correct there -- you may just need to go into System Information, scroll all the way to the bottom to the "Virtualmin Licenses" section, and click "Re-check Virtualmin license".

No, still says 50... but in order history it shows the 50 to 100 upgrade.
