FTP Directory Access Removed after Upgrade to 3.8.7

Hello,

I just upgraded to Virtualmin 3.8.7, I log into the ftp filezilla on the master account and I can't add any files I get error 550 access denied.

I looked at the ftp users for the domain and it just shows in allowed directory stats

when I look at the other wbesite on the server it has two other options listed

under Other user permissions, Allowed directories

Directory /home/agents/public_html Directory stats

Thats on the second column (allowed directories) the maoin account when I go to FTP just shows stats, how can I re-add my main directory I presume that is what the issue is?
