Standby Failover Server

I currently have a dedicated server with centos 5.4 and Virtualmin installed. I use it to manage dozens of WordPress websites. I am currently in the process of getting another dedicated server for failover.

Can someone help point me in the right direction or tell me what I would need to have a standby server ready for failover in the event of the primary server having issues? I have to assume that others have needed this kind of architecture and have gone through this setup already.

The current primary Virtualmin system is the primary DNS nameserver as well as handling the databases and php.

I assume I need a way for the Virtualmin configurations to be synced, MYSQL to push to the failover, rsync or something similar to keep the home directories in sync. As well as some way to know that the primary is back so that it can be put back in production.

Is this included in Virtualmin pro? If it would require some custom scripts I would be willing to pay for this to be set up properly for a production environment.

If anyone has any suggestions or experience on where I could find someone to help with this kind of setup I would be in your debt.
