Note: We are also experiencing problems with recurring payments on monthly subscription licenses. We are working on the problem, but you may see payments processed up to two weeks late while we sort this out; so there may be two payments within a one month period (but the prior period should have shown no payment). We're still trying to understand what the shopping cart is doing, exactly; but if you've been over-billed, let us know and we'll sort it out.
