No working links

After transfer my site from a vps with whm/cpanel to a new vps centos with virtualmin/webmin no one link is working, the server add the full path of the link like this:

http://mydomain.com/home/myaccount/public_html/skin/frontend/images/cred...

and must be like this

http://mydomain.com/skin/frontend/images/creditcards.gif

the server add the path until my public_html directory.

I think is about apache server but i am not sure what about, after long time search at the internet i couldnt find something like this.

Can anybody help me?
