Hi there, It is possible to have this scenario: -We actually have 2 dns server for production use, a master and a slave. I was wondering, if we setup bind9 on the same server Virtualmin runs it is possible to replicate the domains created using new virtual server feature against the existing production master dns? Would be something like:
New Virtualmin Domain + DNS --> production DNS (actually as master but virtualmin i think would see it as slave) --> other slave that receives input from the first DNS.
I don't know if i made myself clear but we really need to do this because it is not acceptable for us having a single server for both hosting and dns/mail.

Have you had a look at http://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/dns/slave-configuration ? I think it should answer your questions ...
But basically, the system Virtualmin runs on is always the DNS master for the zones. Additional systems can be setup as slaves, and will get new zones and record updates..
