deselect some systems from backups

Hi,

I want to be able to deselect some systems from a complete backup. i.e. our Nameservers and DEV servers don't need to be backed up.

I can either select a few selected systems or all of them. Whenever a VM is added, I need to goto the backups and select it together with the other systems to backup.

So, I would like to exclude certain systems (maybe we should have an option to backup a whole groups, like the monitoring were we can select groups?) and have all new systems automatically included for backup?

Seems like allowing backups by group or by owner is the right answer here, just as Cloudmin does for alerting. Would that work for you?

This has been implemented for inclusion in the 5.9 Cloudmin release..
