Moving Virtual-Server to New Owner Does Not Update SuExec UID/GID

Hello,

I discovered on a few occasions that if you use the "Move Virtual Server" functionality, and move the server to a new parent, the SuExec UID and GID remain the same, and are not updated to match that of the new parent.

It's easy enough to update them manually, but things don't always immediately click as to what's broken when the site begins generating errors :-)
