Right pane should change content when different server selected from left menu

I realize it might be trivial, but occasionally I have made a change to the wrong server because the right panes content doesn't change when you change what virtual server you are working with from the server dropdown menu on the left. It just stays on whatever page it was on last, reflecting the previous servers values. I think it should refresh with the values for whatever server gets selected in the dropdown.

So, if you are viewing the users for Server A, and then select Server B from the dropdown, the right pane should load the users for Server B and not stay on Server A.
