Mysql DBs are created but they dont show up in myadmin

I created a main server and it creates a phpmyadmin instance. I can see the servers default DB named "jason". If I add any databases other than the jason db, I cant see them in phpmyadmin.

If I create a sub server, I cant see those either in phpmyadmin. Am I missing a setting?

The email that the subserver creation email sends shows the same user and pass as the jason db.

I can see the databases in virtualmin admin panel just fine.
