Hello guys , I install virtualmin on my new virtual sever and all apparently seems to be ok Dnd al rest ... but when I go to the website it doesnt connect

Whenever I browse to the domain you mentioned above, I'm taken to a clipbucket website.

To give any specific hints here, we'd need to know what exactly the problem is, i.e. what IP address you were expecting the domain name in question to have. :)
Generic hints: the website http://intodns.com can help with DNS errors, as can the command
dig example.com +tracewhich shows the full delegation path.
