Second server only web server

Today I have a server with virtualmin cloudmin Pro installed using the Amazon EC2 platform with Ubuntu

I will create a new virtual server to a client that has some great sites with many hits. I wish this new server Apache and stay only necessary to publish the sites.

Already have an external mysql server (RDS) and would like to use this domain emails that will stay on the new server on the primary server.

I would like some suggestions for setting this up and if cloudmin can automatically manage these settings
