Hello -
I have created FTP user name test with its password and I have used Automatic while creating directory user can connect fine and upload/download fine, but how I can define so that user test can also access its uploaded files for example test123.com/test so when ftp user access test123.com/test they can also view their files how I can create ftp user in inside public_html - I hope I am making sense :)

Howdy -- it sounds like you may want an Website Access FTP User.
You can create that by going into Edit Users -> Add a website FTP access user.
That user will be created in either public_html, or a subdirectory of your choosing.
