I wanted to request a reopen on bug 1823 as I fixed it the right way instead of the seriously lazy response that was given. One that had a I seen before I purchased this product I probably would have been put off. The fix has been added to the bug please get it into your code base so when I update I won't overwrite it.
Anyway when I click the reopen link I am taken completely out of the bug tracking system to the url

on the way I briefly see a little box open asking a reason why but there is not time for me to put anything in it. I am not an html guru but this looks like it might be my browser misbehaving since that link is specified as just "#close" which I don't think should go to a new page but since it is firefox 3.0 that is doing this I thought you might like to know. You might check to make sure the javascript function showhidestuff is returning false because that would I believe make it not navigate to the anchor's specified href. you might also make sure there is a #close to go to on the page.
