Cloudmin - Manage Solaris zones ?

Hi :-), I need to manage zones through a web panel for OpenIndiana / Solaris. What I really need it 's to create, delete boot and so on. I really do not know if Webmin do this, or do I have to go for Cloudmin.

Will Cloudmin (GPL) let me do this, or do I have to get the paid one. I will appreciate a bit of help :-) ... I am confused.
