SSL Tunnels - /usr/bin/stunnel

Could you please tell me or provide some recommendations on when would I like to use /usr/bin/stunnel. I suppose it's used for programs that don't prove SSL/TSL connectivity options? Am I correct that Postfix, Dovecot, Apache, SSH and all of them have already SSL/TSL support? Why to use stunnel, then?

Howdy -- most folks don't require stunnel. It's primarily for unusual configurations, or cases where one wants to use a service that doesn't provide it's own SSL.
