Howdy,

Was this working before, or did you always have problems with your website?

What error do you get when trying to go to your website?

Are there any errors in the Apache logs?

Also, are you using a VPS, or dedicated server? If you're using a VPS, and it's OpenVZ -- can you paste in the contents of your /proc/user_beancounters file?

Thanks,

-Eric

Howdy,

Thanks for the answers! Do you have any thoughts on my other questions though? I'd be great to know the following --

What error do you get when trying to go to your website?

Are there any errors in the Apache logs (/var/log/apache2/error_log, as well as $HOME/logs/error_log)?

If your VPS is OpenVZ -- can you paste in the contents of your /proc/user_beancounters file?

Thanks!

Howdy,

What error do you get in your browser when trying to access your website?

The error you see in your browser will help us determine the problem you are having.

Do you have the file /proc/user_beancounters? If so, that means your VPS is "OpenVZ". We'd need to see the contents of that file... you can get the contents using a tool such as "cat" or "less".

For example, you could type this in Putty after logging into your server over SSH:

cat /proc/user_beancounters

As far as viewing the logs -- I use "less" to view logs, but any text editor would work.

You can also do that from within Virtualmin, by going into Logs and Reports -> Apache Error Log -- that'll show you the error log for that domain.

And you can view the system-wide Apache log in Webmin -> System -> System Logs, and there you can view the file "/var/log/apache2/error.log".

Howdy,

Okay, thanks... next, what output do you receive if you run this command:

dmesg | tail -30

You should just be able to copy and paste that output into the forum here.
