blocklists and/vs postfix main.cf

Team,

I used to always include the following lines in my PostFix /etc/main.cf file:
smtpd_client_restrictions = ... reject_rbl_client zen.spamhaus.org reject_rbl_client blackholes.mail-abuse.org reject_rhsbl_client zen.spamhaus.org reject_rhsbl_client blackholes.mail-abuse.org ...
But, now I'm running CSF/LFD, which includes these block lists:
SPAMEDROP IP address ranges
OPENBL IP address ranges
MAXMIND IP address ranges
SPAMDROP IP address ranges
HONEYPOT IP address ranges
AUTOSHUN IP address ranges
BOGON IP address ranges
BFB IP address ranges
RBN IP address ranges
TOR IP address ranges
CIARMY IP address ranges
My question is, if I'm using these CSF blocklists, do I also/still need the PostFix entries? Thx!!
