Sorting by Domain Name Yields Unexpected Results

When doing:

List Virtual Servers > Domain Name

to sort the domains by domain name, the list of domains is not sorted as expected with all of the domains sorted, whether they are top-level domains, sub-server domains, or alias domains. Instead, each of these groups are sorted.

It is interesting to note that a prefix of 2 spaces means a sub-server and 4 spaces means an alias. Indentation is only useful when the implied topology is correct. Once the user sorts on Domain name, the topology is no longer correct. So, the indentation spaces should be removed when sorting by anything other than Username.

Also, I'd suggest explicitly indicating the type of server with some small icon, or even a single text letter (T=top-level server, S=sub-server, A=alias).

While I'm asking for changes here, I'd also like to see the domains in "tree view." That is, when sorting by username, only the top-level domain is shown, and it has a "+" that the user can click to open up to see all of the domains for that user. And, there should be an "open all" and "close all" button. In any other sorting, these choices would not be available.

If you're interested, this is something you could assign to me and I'll get to it as soon as I can.
