with curl have this error: "couldn't connect to host" only to one domain

Hi.

I've a problem with my security configuration server. When try to connect using curl to https://www.gohigheris.com/, with curl have this error: "couldn't connect to host".

Now, I know that this means that it was not possible to connect to that site because of some security setting, but the problem that I can not identify what it is.

I updated virtualmin, I tried to disable the firewall, but still got the same message.

What do you advise me to do?

I've create a file php in my server to test curl connection to other host.

PING 192.95.19.51 (192.95.19.51) 56(84) bytes of data. 64 bytes from 192.95.19.51: icmp_req=1 ttl=57 time=100 ms 64 bytes from 192.95.19.51: icmp_req=2 ttl=57 time=100 ms 64 bytes from 192.95.19.51: icmp_req=3 ttl=57 time=100 ms 64 bytes from 192.95.19.51: icmp_req=4 ttl=57 time=100 ms 64 bytes from 192.95.19.51: icmp_req=5 ttl=57 time=100 ms

From my server return only:

ping 192.95.19.51

PING 192.95.19.51 (192.95.19.51) 56(84) bytes of data.

Howdy,

Well, if you're receiving a "Couldn't connect to host" error, that either sounds like a networking problem, or a firewall problem.

You may want to try disabling the firewall on your server, and see if it works with the firewall completely disabled.

Also, is your server by chance behind a NAT router?

That is, is the server's IP address a local IP?
