Centos 6 new install Getting duplicate libraries when updating packages

** Found 4 pre-existing rpmdb problem(s), 'yum check' output follows:
libattr-2.4.44-7.el6.x86_64 is a duplicate with libattr-2.4.44-4.el6.i686
libgcc-4.4.7-4.el6.x86_64 is a duplicate with libgcc-4.4.4-13.el6.i686
libstdc++-4.4.7-4.el6.x86_64 is a duplicate with libstdc++-4.4.4-13.el6.i686
libxml2-2.7.6-14.el6.x86_64 is a duplicate with libxml2-2.7.6-1.el6.i686
.. install failed!

Lots of other messages, but that sums it up. How did I get dups and how do I get rid of them.

I created a Centos6 system from an image from my host provider. I downloaded install.sh I ran install.sh I used the virtualmin package updates module to update.

Received the above messages.

Thanks, Jim.
