Failed to copy /etc/php5/cgi/php.ini

Receiving this error on a fresh, but mildly modified installation of Virtualmin after following my own tutorial:

  1. Navigate to: Virtualmin > System Settings > Virtualmin Configuration > Defaults for New Domains
  2. Change “Home directory base” field to “/var/www/vhosts”
  3. Change “Home subdirectory” field to “$DOM”

I got this during account creation and, as a result, no creation of directory in /var/www/vhosts

Performing other Apache configuration ..
.. configuration failed : Failed to copy /etc/php5/cgi/php.ini to /var/www/vhosts/hgsainc.com/etc/php5/php.ini : cp: cannot create regular file `/var/www/vhosts/hgsainc.com/etc/php5/php.ini': No such file or directory

Any ideas? Thanks!
