Spamassassin sa-learn

Hi,

I added this cron job to run each hour do I even need to do this and is this correct?

/usr/bin/sa-learn --no-sync --spam --dir /home/example/homes/joe/Maildir/.spam/; /usr/bin/sa-learn --no-sync --ham --dir /home/example/homes/joe/Maildir/cur/; /usr/bin/sa-learn --sync
