PEER Certificate revoked... access denied. What to do?

FYI: due to heart bleed... we upgraded OpenSSH on the server, using the Virtual Min update function, (thank you!) re-keyed the certificates for all the domains, also working from inside VirtualMin to generate the CR and then later to place the new certificates and keys etc... changed passwords for the owner/admin for each domain etc... I got all that done over two days and then the next day tried to log in and go this message that the Peer's Certificate has been revoked. Now I'm locked out.

When we try to log in at https://my.server.com:10000 we get this message:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to my.server.com:10000. Peer's Certificate has been revoked. (Error code: sec_error_revoked_certificate)

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. Alternatively, use the command found in the help menu to report this broken site.

What do we do now?
