When using the "Email Server Owners" function - and selecting "Also email mailboxes in selected domains? " it only actually emails the system owner, and not all the "normal" email accounts.
The GUI does pop up a window that tells me it has sent to all the various email address, but it does not actually send them.
As i am currently setting up a new server and on each successful client domain migration completion, i want to email active accounts with a "thanks and info" email.
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS + VMP + LDAP

Thanks for pointing this out - this is indeed a Virtualmin bug, which will be fixed in the next release (4.10)
