Cloudmin replication messed up httpd.conf

Not sure if this is a bug or what, but twice I used server replication and both I had the same httpd.conf corruptions. Full thread here http://virtualmin.com/node/33943#comment-136022--.

In summary, I was missing this line in one part

<Files awstats.pl>

and this line in another part:

</Directory>

They MAY have been related to a virtual server which was on its own private IP as it has a SSL, but I am not sure.

I fixed it by manually adding on these missing lines, and it works OK.

That could be due to a bug in Virtualmin's backup/restore process, which is used for domain replication.

Have you ever seen this same issue when restoring domains on the target system?

No, I've never seen this issue before, and I move sites using Cloudmin all the time, have lots of servers all roughly same setup. This is the only time I used the replication process.
