virtualmin mail users problem

In virtualmin am with the following problem: I noticed that in the list of users from the server Appears the user who does not belong to the server or group. When create a new user it Appears Within the server with the different primary group actually was to assign the same group of administrator. How can I resolve the situation?

Could you provide an example of the issue you are having? Or even better, screenshots of what you are seeing?
