Enable mail client autoconfiguration - is this working?

Trying to use Enable mail client autoconfiguration? with this on going to one of the domains hosted on the server /mail/config-v1.1.xml which redirects to /cgi-bin/autoconfig.cgi

Returns this message:

Missing emailaddress parameter

Will this work OK when an email client attempts to auto configure?

add ?emailaddress=email@address.com to /cgi-bin/autoconfig.cgi
