Suddenly unable to ssh to virtualmin that has been running for a long. When do a /etc/init.d/sshd status openssh-daemon is stopped. /etc/init.d/sshd start Generating SSH1 RSA host key: [Failed] Please advise how I can get the ssh working back ?

Howdy -- if the SSH service on your server isn't starting, the first thing I would suggest is to look in /var/log/messages and /var/log/secure to see if any errors show up there. I would suggest checking immediately after attempting to start it.
Also, you may want to run "df -h" to make sure that there is enough disk space available.
